FREE DELIVERY, FREE RETURN
- Let's face it, bikes come in big boxes, and big boxes cost big money. Our free delivery & free return policy helps you sleep easier, knowing that we will take care of all the logistics of the delivery (or less often, your return) for you, free of charge inside the EU.
- Everyone knows bikes need to be maintained and serviced, and in case of some extreme weekend shredding, some major fixing might be necessary. All Greyp riders in Croatia, Slovenia, Austria, and Germany, can now schedule their very own Doorstep Service, where we come directly to your door and make sure your Greyp bike is in tip-top shape. Report your issue, and we'll get back to you with a time and place.
- Wear and tear from riding can definitely affect all bike components, even its powerful motor, which is why we offer you 2 years of worry-free riding.
- You can now divide the cost of your new Greyp bike across 24 months, making sure you don’t break the bank. The service is available through credit card payment with SplitIt. You do need to make sure your credit allows for the full amount to be authorised in advance, and then monthly payments deducted in the selected period.
