Sometimes it's good to know when to hit the “pause” button. Unfortunately, that time has come for the Greyp Bikes US subsidiary. With COVID dictating global market trends for the past year, which resulted in extreme supply chain issues and increased delivery and export costs, we have decided to focus more on European operations and pause operations of Greyp Bikes US subsidiary, effective July 1st.
Although US Operations will be discontinued, we want to assure all current US-based Greyp owners that, Greyp will still stand behind any and all products sold to their US customers. Every US Greyp customer will still be able to receive full customer service from Greyp EU by contacting us through this email Katarina.firstname.lastname@example.org. Greyp will still have bikes available to purchase for the US through our website.
This past year has been a difficult time to launch a brand and with the supply chain stretched so thin and huge production delays. It was decided after many tough conversations that for the brands reputation it was better to pause operations in the US for the time being. We do hope to be back someday, and we hope to be shredding the US trails together.
